Etiquette, Rules & Policies


We value your time and the time allotted by our teachers; our policies are in consideration of our clients as well as our instructors.


All sessions require prepayment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check, or cash. If you have a visit package, a class will be deducted from your package at the time of booking.


All visit packages expire after 1 year from the date of first usage.

All “Series” classes must be used by the last class in the series. This applies to Yoga 101, Small Group / Semi-Private Training and specialty series for kids, pre-natal moms or other specific groups. Missed classes can be made up at another class as long as it is within the advertised dates of the series.


Due to the popularity of our fun and fabulous teachers we recommend using our online pre-registration system prior to coming to class so as not to miss out!  You can easily register from your computer or phone.  Please make sure to take a minute and read our policies below. The policies are also posted on our website and within our studios.

Cell Phones: In an effort to create a peaceful environment with a minimum of distractions, we ask that you please turn off cell phones in our facilities. If you are expecting an important call please notify the instructor at the start of the class, place your phone on vibrate, keep it with you, then step outside to take the call.

Weather: During inclement weather we usually (but not always) follow the same schedule as Wissahickon, Upper Dublin and Springfield School Districts. We will do our best to post in a timely manner any center closings or delayed openings on our website, Facebook account, and in a broadcast email message. Please sign up for any or all of these communication services here.
Regular group classes including Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates that are pre-registered online or by phone can be canceled up to 60 minutes prior to class with no charge (your account will automatically be credited). Cancelations cannot be made less than 60 minutes prior to class. Once class has started and in the event that it is sold out, your spot will be given on a first-come first-serve basis to anyone on the waitlist.  A drop-in fee will be charged to 12-Month Membership, 3-Month Membership, and 30-Day Promo clients who do not show up or cancel within the 60-minute time frame. Please make sure to be on time, especially for crowded classes and make sure to call if you cannot make it - Ambler (215) 654-5393, Erdenheim (215) 836-1719.

A 2-hour cancellation notice is required prior to all semi-private classes or you will be charged in full.  Clients with Unlimited Membership will be charged a drop-in fee of $40 for a semi-private session to their credit card on file.

In the case of duet sessions, if one of the participants cancels with more than 2 hours notice, the other participant may take (and pay the additional money for) a private session, or they too may cancel at no charge.  If one of the participants late-cancels (less than 2 hours notice), the other participant may take a private session at no additional cost, and the late canceling participant is charged for the duet session as scheduled.

Private appointments require 24 hours cancellation notice or you will be charged in full.

All class packages are non-refundable.
