Hot Pilates Teacher Training will be led by Tricia Fleming, co owner of Twisters Wellness. Tricia has over 20 plus years of teaching experience over multiple disciplines including Hot Pilates, Yoga, Barre and more! Tricia’s wealth and depth of knowledge comes from her involvement in the wellness industry for over 35 years, along with a degree in Exercise Physiology.
Hot Pilates is a form of HIIT - high intensity interval training, practiced in a room temperature of 95 degrees with about 35% humidity and is a low impact, high energy workout that burns fat, develops muscle, increases bone density and increases performance across all activities and sports through increased cardiovascular functioning and strength gains. This workout can be practiced by all ages and body types as each person works at their own pace, and is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape for everyone.
