Hot Pilates is a form of HIIT - high intensity interval training, practiced in a room temperature of 95 degrees with about 35% humidity. Hot Pilates is a low impact, high energy workout that burns fat, develops muscle, increases bone density and increases performance through increased cardiovascular functioning and strength gains. This workout can be practiced by all ages and body types as each person works at their own pace, and is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape for athletes and weekend warriors. Change your body, change your mind and come ready to sweat! Trainees will received a detailed Training Manual and have plenty of time to practice teaching during the training.
