Barre Class & Pilates Mat Class
are group exercise programs that are designed to improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, low-back health, and body-mind awareness. Each modality incorporates the use of basic equipment such as a rings, resistance band, balls and hand weights to augment the routine. Classes end with a cool down of stretching designed to lengthen and elongate muscles. Both class types are great ways to cross-train for any other physical activity, or to strengthen a yoga practice.IMPORTANT!
Please be ready in the classroom ON TIME
, as a late entrance is disruptive and distracting once class has started. If you are late due to unforeseen circumstances, the front desk staff will let you know if there is room in class. Click Here
