Kelle has been working in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 5 years, and her mat provides those few moments of silence from the busyness of life. Once a member of Twisters, Kelle has come full circle and is excited to join the team as an instructor! She loves passing her passion of Yoga, Pilates, and Barre on to others, and is a strong believer in living life at all times with a positive attitude. She has completed her 200 Hour teacher training program and has additional certifications in Yoga Toning and Yoga for Pregnancy. Pilates Mat All Level
All Levels Welcome
All Level classes are designed for students with previous Pilates Mat experience. These classes offer a vigorous workout and incorporate a greater variety of challenging exercises than Level I/II Classes.
Pilates Mat is a group exercise class that uses basic equipment such as a Pilates ring, resistance band, or weighted balls. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core (3 dimensionally) by developing pelvic and scapula stability and abdominal control using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of Pilates Mat include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, and body-mind awareness.
Pilates Mat classes are a great way to get strengthen your yoga practice or cross train for any other physical activity.
Barre Class: All Level
All Levels Welcome
Barre class is a ballet-derived workout that doesn’t require actual dancing or a background in dance. Set to fun, fast-paced music, classes include a high energy warm-up and and lots of fabulous exercise to workout all parts of your body! Thighs and glutes will get a great workout at the barre, arms will be sculpted and strengthened through the use of light weights, bands and plank style exercises, lift and tone your tush through small movements and lots of great exercises to tone and strengthen all parts or your core - front, side and back. Class ends with a cool down of stretching designed to lengthen and elongate muscles.
