Beth is a former elementary school teacher with a lifelong passion for exercise and dance. She was an athlete and a student of dance throughout her school years. After giving up her teaching position in New York to move to Pennsylvania, Beth decided to combine these passions and become a fitness instructor. Beth has been teaching Mat Pilates since 2004 and Barre since 2013. Beth’s classes are fun and energetic, incorporating upbeat music and props to help students enhance their Pilates and Barre workouts.
Along with her certifications in Mat Pilates and Barre, Beth is also certified in Pilates Reformer through IM=X Pilates.
