Anina Pfeiffer began dance classes at the age of 7 and has studied ballet for over 25 years. She taught aerobics in the eighties and is excited to get back into it after taking time off to raise her 4 children. Anina has a dance minor and was in the Ballet Company at the University of New Hampshire. She was a cheerleader in high school and college, spent 6 years teaching aerobics part-time after college, and was a choreographer of and performer in “Special K” musical review at The Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University). She also holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and has taught 10+ years of dance lessons in jazz, hip hop, tap, and modern. Anina holds her teacher training in Balanced Body Barre, Group Exercise Class (AFAA), and Zumba.

These classes are specially designed for people brand new to Yoga but they are also great for novices who want to review the foundations of the practice. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible to start, you simply need the desire to show up and do your best. These classes offers an easy and comfortable way for newcomers to begin their own practice and increase confidence on the mat. Areas on concentration include:

- The Role & Importance of Breath in the Practice of Yoga.
- Techniques for Enhancing a Sense of Moving Meditation for Focus, Stress-Relief, & Relaxation.
