Francie has been a fitness enthusiast and avid participant in a variety of sports and fitness trends over the past 20 years. She worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer after college and parlayed her enthusiasm for training into a corporate setting. Although she currently spends her weekdays running global implementations for a Pharmaceutical company, she carves out time on the weekends for her favorite activity—Pilates.
 
Francie looks most forward to her time with her students, sharing her passion for the Reformer and its many exercises that work to lengthen and support the body. Her classes are a combination of variety and challenge that develop proper body alignment and improve core body strength. Francie came to Twisters in 2007 as a yoga student and began teaching Pilates Reformer in 2010. She is Balance Body trained in Pilates Reformer and qualified in TRX Suspension Training.

  • Reformer Class Level I/II
  • These classes offer a variety of Beginner to Intermediate Level exercises. Advanced registration and payment is required. Please call 215-654-5393 for availability as space is limited to 5 people. 

  • Reformer Class Level II
  • These classes offer a greater variety of Intermediate Level exercises and a more vigorous workout than Level I/II Classes. Advanced registration and payment is required. Please call 215-654-5393 for availability as space is limited to 5 people. 

  • Dec. Promo Class: Reformer & Tower
  •  
    From Monday, Dec. 3rd to Dec 30th, we have designated (8) Holiday Promo Classes a week to introduce clients to these amazing services at our Ambler Pilates Annex. These Semi-Private Pilates Equipment Classes will allow you to experience firsthand the benefits of working out on Reformer Beds and Tower Wall Units. These classes do not require previous experience with Pilates, and for this promotional month they are are priced the same as group classes.
     
    We are not accepting Perkville Points or other discounted forms of payment, including: ClassPass, Free Week Passes and $50.00 First Time Visitor Passes. There are only 5 spots per promo class, so we request a limit of 2 promo classes per person. Also we require that everyone pre-register online to secure a spot in the class.

  • Reformer Class All Level
  • These classes offer a variety of Beginner to Intermediate Level exercises. Advanced registration and payment is required. Please call 215-654-5393 for availability as space is limited to 5 people.

  • Pilates Tower: All Level
  • These classes are designed for those who have mastered the Reformer workout routines and want a vigorous core body workout. Advanced registration and payment is required. Please call 215-654-5393 for availability as space is limited to 5 people.
     
    Tower class...Pilates class with spring resistance, which means it results in a visibly toned midriff, healthier posture, and those lean, sculpted muscles that leave you feeling like a badass!

    Regardless of age or ability level, individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs attached to the wall to move through exercises similar to mat and reformer class. The tower exercises specifically help isolate muscles to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. Tower class is an easier place to start if you’re new to pilates; however, it also offers a more intensive challenge to the long time student.

    While Pilates fanatics can enjoy these benefits year-round, there’s no better time to showcase your hard work than in the sunshine of the summer months!
