Merissa has been instructing since June of 2008. She is a certified IM=X Pilates instructor, and also teaches Balanced Body Wunda Chair, Barre Class, as well as mat Pilates.
 
Merissa enjoys expanding her education and training to further progress her clients.

  • Pilates Mat All Level
  • All Levels Welcome

     
    All Level classes are designed for students with previous Pilates Mat experience. These classes offer a vigorous workout and incorporate a greater variety of challenging exercises than Level I/II Classes.
     
     
    Pilates Mat is a group exercise class that uses basic equipment such as a Pilates ring, resistance band, or weighted balls. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core (3 dimensionally) by developing pelvic and scapula stability and abdominal control using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of Pilates Mat include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, and body-mind awareness. 
     
     
    Pilates Mat classes are a great way to get strengthen your yoga practice or cross train for any other physical activity.

  • Reformer Class Level II
  • These classes offer a greater variety of Intermediate Level exercises and a more vigorous workout than Level I/II Classes. Advanced registration and payment is required. Please call 215-654-5393 for availability as space is limited to 5 people. 

  • Reformer Fusion Level II

  • Free For Pre-Approved Clients: Chair / Arc Fusion Level II

  • Free For Pre-Approved Clients: Reformer Class Level I/II

  • Free For Pre-Approved Clients: Reformer Class Level II/III

  • Reformer Class Level II/III
