Teen Yoga

The 2018 teen has so much going on and it can be overwhelming at times between balancing school, friends, family and activities. Your teen will learn the basics of vinyasa yoga as well as breath and mindfulness techniques. These poses will help with strength, balance, flexibility and being more mindful during stressful times. Bring a yoga mat.
