For Corinne, the joy of leading students in yoga and Pilates practice comes from observing the remarkable transformation that occurs for each one of them as they develop their own consistent practice. Wellness is the state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as a result of deliberate effort. During her own journey in search of sustainable Wellness, Corinne explored numerous fitness methods and found that a consistent Vinyasa Yoga practice provided her the best pathway to achieving her goal. A long-time yoga practitioner, she completed Yoga Teacher Training 2015 and began sharing her experience with others. Her professional training and experience in psychology and learning theory enable her to facilitate very impactful Vinyasa training for students from all backgrounds and physical abilities. Corinne has also experienced first hand how adding High Intensity Interval Training (Hot Pilates) to a fitness routine complements the Vinyasa practice and significantly advances her students’ progress towards Wellness.

Michele Dolaway

Michele began her dance training at the age of 3 with The Ballet Theatre of Scranton and Scranton Civic Ballet Company. She continued her training at Point Park University with a concentration in jazz. Michele moved to the Philadelphia area and continued to train at The University of the Arts. She performed with Steppin’ Out Productions, Bally’s in Atlantic City and the Sixers Dancers (Philadelphia 76ers).
 
Michele went on the get her Nursing Degree and after having three daughters, got back into dance by taking classes at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, Bucks County Dance Center and Koresh Dance Company. With two of her three daughters seriously studying dance, Michele returned to teaching and choreography. She was introduced to Pilates and immediately fell in love. Michele is passionate about Pilates because of the attention to proper body alignment and core strengthening – consistent with dance.
 
Michele is certified in both Mat and Reformer (IMX) Pilates, Balanced Body Pilates, Balanced Body Barre and aerobics (STRIDE). She enjoys teaching students of all ages and loves to share her passion for dance and pilates with those in her class. Michele also teaches jazz dance at Philadelphia Dance Theatre.

HOT PILATES

 

A mat-based class incorporating Pilate’s principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The class heats up to about 95 degrees and a motivating playlist helps keep you pumped!

 

A no impact class burns fat and develops long lean muscle mass. These classes help you gain flexibility, build endurance and see results fast! While working hard, and having fun, this 60 minute class is over before you know it. The heatadds to the cardio portion of the workout, detoxing the body, and burning a lot of calories.

 

The entire core, glutes, upper body, arms and legs get worked. Back strengthening develops strong muscles supporting a healthy spine that builds better posture.

 

All you need is your mat, a full length towel and water. Your hot yoga attire is a good baseline for what to wear.
