Our Prenatal Yoga Workshop Series provides a safe and supportive environment for expectant mothers. Each class incorporates poses designed to increase your strength, endurance and flexibility in order to prepare for the birth of your baby. Our Prenatal Workshop adapts some traditional yoga postures, called asanas, in order to meet the needs and changes of pregnancy. Proper breathing and meditation techniques are emphasized to create emotional balance and reduce stress while supported postures allow for deep relaxation. Students will need a doctor’s note to participate.
