Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Beto Perez in Columbia during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Come join the Zumba party!

Twisters offers a variety of strength & fitness classes designed as total body work outs. These all level classes are for all ages and fitness levels. Each student works at the level they are comfortable as their strength and endurance builds over time. These classes utilize a variety of fitness props, weights and modalities, including dumbbells, body bars, resistence bands, TRX Suspension Straps, steps, mats, exercise balls and BOSUs. Our roster of fitness classes include:
  • Amber's LIFT-Strength Class
  • Carly's Boot Camp Class
  • Chrissy's Tabata Class
  • Eric's Plyo-Strength Class
  • Fran's Group TRX Class
All of these classes allow you challeng your body to its limit. They are high-energy workouts that are fun, efficient and a great calorie-burners, so get ready to be toned and sculpted!

Ambler's new Indoor Cycling Studio comes complete with top of the line NXT spinning bikes, an amazing sound system, and dimmable lights to create the perfect atmoshere. We offer a full schedule Indoor Cycling Classes a week. These classes are All Level and accommodate novice to advanced students. All classes are 60 min. in length.
