Ballet Barre Group Classes
Barre class is a ballet-derived workout that doesn’t require actual dancing or background in dance at all. It is an intense, isometric workout with deep stretching to help lengthen the muscles after exhausting them. Set to fun, fast-paced music, this class will firm, lift and tone your legs and rear in no time. While a major focus is on the lower half of the body, it is a total body workout incorporating mat-based ab work and upper body toning with weights and resistance bands.
